I would best describe myself as an interdisciplinary visual artist and designer based in New Jersey. My work is centered around the celebration of inclusiveness and the amplification of Black voice.
Through simple forms, my work builds a language of representation and honor. By employing various mediums and approaches, I strive to create contemporary discourse.
With a heavy emphasis on international typography, I excel at campaign and brand identity, traditional and experimental print based work, and tech-driven applications such as 3D printing, AR and VR.
Coming from a very large-family, I embrace the importance of collaboration. This practice is ingrained in my everyday life and strengthens my understanding of the value of coming together for a stronger outcome, and future.
My passion for art allows me to live by the phrase "Aspire to Inspire". I enjoy unlocking creativity and potential in others, especially the youth as they are the people of tomorrow. I strive to be an inspiration for children to pursue their passions and build a love for art through relevant and interactive learning.
I am a graduate of Rutgers University - Newark (Class of 2022) where I studied graphic design and art history. When I am not in the studio, I expand my practice to tattoo-art, clothing design and experimental photography.
